How can I search a product?

– Using the search bar, you can search for keywords and our website will show the related items

How can I add a product to cart?

– For each product you want to order from us, select the size / quantity that you want and click “Add to Cart” button

– Your shopping Cart will be updated with the latest product you added

– Don’t find the size you want ? We can print at custom size so don’t hesitate to contact us 😉

– If you want to add customizations to your product (change of texts/colors), please contact us. We can do that for you for free !

How can I checkout my cart?

– Click on the “Cart” at the right side of the page. The Cart page will show you which products you have in Cart at the moment. You can apply a Coupon Code in this page. Click on “Proceed to Checkout” to continue.

– The Checkout page will let you insert your Billing/Shipping address for your Order. If your Shipping address is the same as your Billing address, you only need to input your Billing address and untick the box “Ship to a different address?” in Shipping details section.

– Click “Proceed to PayPal” to continue. You will be redirected to a payment page made by PayPal. Here you can use your credit/debit card or your PayPal account (if you already have) to safely pay for your order.

– When payment is done via PayPal, your order will be updated in our system. We will send you an email with the Order number. Also you will be notified when the Order is ready to ship, as well as you can track and trace your Order using your Order number.

Do I need to register an account to place an order?

You don’t need an account to buy from our website.


How long is the processing time?

We usually process your order in 1 to 3 business days. Saturday and Sunday are not business days.

How long will it take to get my order?

The order will be shipped by our carrier after processing time and we will give you a tracking number for your order. Shipping time depends on carrier operations, but the estimation is as below:

– Domestic USA orders usually arrive within 7-10 days.

– International orders may sometimes take up to 2-4 weeks.

(These are only estimated timeframes and may vary during seasonal workload and peak periods of couriers. Please kindly contact us first if you need a guaranteed shipping plan for a specific deadline.)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, our products are shipped worldwide. We are proud to have shipped our products to more than 20 countries all over the world. 😉

Is international import tax/VAT tax/customs fee included in the product price?

If you’re buying from outside of US, please note that Import tax or duty (if any) being charged by destination country is buyer’s responsibility. These amount are not included in the price of the item.

You don’t need a PayPal account to pay for your order. However, we recommend to create one if you usually make online purchases, since most e-commerce websites support PayPal now.

Orders Cancellation & Returns

Can I cancel or change my order?

– You can cancel or change an Order within the first 24 hours. Please contact us via the contact form in our website. When the order was already put into production, we wouldn’t be able to cancel or change it.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track and review your order information by using our Order Tracking page, located on the main menu. When your order is shipped, we will send an email with tracking number and tracking link for you to track your order.

What if my order is lost in transportation or arrives damaged?

We will reship or refund the Order if it’s damaged or lost in transport. In such cases please don’t hesitate to contact us directly as soon as possible.

Do you accept return?

This is to be decided on a case-by-case basis, since your order were printed on demand for you only. Don’t hesitate to contact us if there is any issue with your order.
